Welcome to the SMS service provided by Wood Fruitticher Grocery Co Inc (WFG) for the DriverPal web application. These Terms & Conditions govern your use of SMS messages sent for multi-factor authentication (MFA) purposes. By accepting the Opt-In aggreement on the Home page, you agree to these terms.

1. Purpose of SMS Services

WFG uses SMS to send a one-time passcode for MFA to authenticate your access to the DriverPal web app, an internal tool for employees only.

2. Opt-In Consent

When you accept the Opt-in agreement on the Home page, you explicitly consent to receive an SMS message containing a one-time passcode for MFA. This opt-in is required to use the DriverPal app.

3. Opt-Out Process

You may opt-out of receiving SMS messages at any time by not accepting the Opt-In aggreement on the Home page, or by replying to an SMS message with STOP. This will prevent you from accessing the DriverPal app, as MFA is required.

5. Message Frequency and Costs

You will receive an SMS message only when you initiate an MFA login attempt; 1 per login. Message and data rates may apply based on your mobile carrier's plan. WFG does not charge for SMS messages, but your carrier may.

6. Eligibility

SMS services are available only to WFG employees who are authorized to use the DriverPal app. You must be 18 or older and have a valid U.S. phone number.

7. Liability and Disclaimers

WFG is not responsible for delays, delivery failures, or issues related to SMS transmission caused by your mobile carrier or other technical problems. Delivery of SMS messages is not guaranteed. WFG is not liable for any damages, losses, or injuries arising from the use or failure of SMS services.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The latest version will be posted at driverpal.woodfruitticher.com/terms. Continued use of the SMS services after changes constitutes your acceptance.
