Wood Fruitticher Grocery Co Inc (WFG) values your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information when you use SMS services for multi-factor authentication (MFA) with the DriverPal web app, an internal tool for WFG employees.

1. Information We Collect

We collect the following information as a WFG employee and as a DriverPal user:

  • Your phone number.
  • Timestamps and logs of SMS messages sent for MFA purposes.

We do not collect additional personal information via SMS.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your phone number solely to:

  • Send a one-time passcode for MFA to authenticate your access to DriverPal.
  • Comply with legal or regulatory requirements.

Your information is not used for marketing or promotional purposes.

3. Data Sharing

We share your phone number only with:

  • Amazon Web Services (AWS), our SMS service provider, to deliver MFA messages.
  • Legal authorities, if required by law or to protect WFG's rights.

We do not sell, rent, or share your information with other third parties.

4. Data Security

We use industry-standard security measures to protect your phone number and SMS logs. However, no system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

5. Data Retention

We retain your phone number and SMS logs only as long as necessary to provide MFA services or comply with legal obligations. If you opt-out or your employment with WFG ends, we will delete your phone number from our SMS system within 30 days, unless required by law to retain it.

6. Your Rights

You may:

  • Opt-out of receiving SMS messages at any time by not accepting the Opt-In aggreement on the Home page, or by replying to an SMS message with STOP. This will prevent you from accessing the DriverPal app, as MFA is required.
  • Request access to or deletion of your phone number by contacting lindsey.anthony@woodfruitticher.com.

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The latest version will be posted at driverpal.woodfruitticer.com/privacy. We will notify you of significant changes via email or within the DriverPal app.
